Each piece in my analog collages are hand-cut with an exacto-knife. Time is spent browsing stacks of magazines and other physical materials for visual elements that can be cut and pasted together to make a narrative image. Each collage is a true original- as there is no way to replicate the kismet of finding and fitting these print relic elements together in another piece.

Source materials can include children’s books, antique National Geographic magazines, religious tracts, political propaganda, encyclopedias, porn, or anything from our culture that appears in mass print.
